I was sent the NY Times article and the comment below and it is true I have heard the word on the street and it is my experience as well that The Commission to Combat Police Corruption is a fraud, as is IAB and Kelly shoveled mega millions in to IAB only to have IAB push paper and cover up crimes including Det John Vergona coercing me to drop charges and Kelly is defending Vergona -- mind blowing and that CCRB is a waste as well.   It is mostly only when the Feds come in do we get arrests of corrupt cops.

CCRB shoved my complaints to IAB who fixed it for all involved so I start all over next year with an new administration but truly Ray Kelly has destroyed the system so completely it isn't like come January with Kelly gone that it will be up and running and you can fight back against NYPD corruption.  Let me guess -- the Feds caught this guy and than Kelly shows up for the press conference?
