News update re: consolidated shareholders lawsuit over CityTIme against SAIC --- SAIC keeps trying to dismiss the case and the last move (like my own case against Ray Kelly etc) is the fight by the victims to not have have the case dismissed.

****The link above is that the law firm sued mayor Bloomberg's NYC gov for not sharing CityTIme EVIDENCE --- mayor Bloomberg is infamous for not being a transparent -- do as I say not as I do mayor…ho hum (Haggerty emails he didn't want to turn over….)

"I've had my fill of the evils of the man's world!" Thank you Wonder Woman..the street agrees. Your in the pink.
And SAIC (LEIDOS) in the RED?? According to current financial reports revenues and profits sank...http://www.janes.com/article/31653/saic-announces-weaker-results and http://www.washingtonpost.com/business/capitalbusiness/leidos-profit-sinks-top-executive-steps-down/2013/12/10/fbb53314-618e-11e3-bf45-61f69f54fc5f_story.html
With more to come?
Robins Geller is the lead law firm that represents SAIC (now LEIDOS) shareholders lawsuit. In a class action lawsuit Shareholder's are suing SAIC for not reflecting the CityTime Loss on it's SEC (Security and Exchange Commission) filings for March 2011. Robins Geller is holding hard in its court correspondence yesterday that SAIC deliberately failed to disclose its CityTime project loss "JUST" a month before they fire Denault, 2 months after the initial indictment, TIGHT...TIME FRAME. The street concurs this is BS. According to Robin Geller court letter, repeated attempts by SAIC to have SEC violations dismissed for lack of knowledge is just not so. The Street thinks SAIC will finally have to pay up not slip out!? More losses? CityTime Curse... to be continued.
News flash...Wonder Woman is seeking Technodyne i.e. Padma and Reddy Allens the two "others" that fled the US upon CityTime indictment number one. If it were a woman handling this extradition that is now dragging unto two years, she would see where their kid landed, can't imagine there kid is not on Face Book dying to correspond with US New Jersey friends, it's Bangalore not Jersey!. Come on Preet Bharara use some street smarts. Didn't they think Denault was still talking to Reddy? Speaking of software scandal it does not take version 3.0 to find these people.
TechnoDyne owners still hiding out and Preet Bharara too date have NEVER ARRESTED 1 NYC City Gov employee and we are suppose believe what ever Rose Gill Hearn and Mike Bloomberg say….CityTime and 911 and in my opinion mostly lies and spin -- the 2 largest tech corruption EVER in NYC Gov and in my opinion stealing from the get go -- with CityTime that meant Rudy Time and Denault was never even an employee at that time -- see Richard Valcich's whistle blowing letter and the date and some anonymously is trying to tell me they see Valcich has a crook which makes sense I heard he lawyered up and went from hero to zero to say -- but Preet in my opinion protection Rudy and Mike and all their "jesters" oops employees.
