Give Joyce credit --- the job the husband the money and her special relationship with The NY Times and The NY Daily News --- most People though the ones that voted against Christine Quinn do not know who she is and don't care. Her book on Bloomberg is trash and lies in my opinion and she is an arrogant woman who knows how to get ahead in NYC and she is part of the gang that praises Mike Bloomberg when most of NYC is angry and disgusted with him and he is responsible for the largest tech corruption in NYC history between CityTime and 911 and I can't get the financials on 311.
