SAIC now Leidos responds to shareholder lawsuit this week in court.  What seems to be  the  last longed leg  SAIC again asks judge the CityTime shareholder lawsuit be dismissed. 38 pages filled with a paragraph by paragraph denial of SEC violations and I done know.
