I want to talk to Bill De Blasio and Bill Bratton but is it the Tale of 2 Bills?

 Until their actions speak louder than words all NYPD critics must call for Federal Help, a permeant outside monitor as The Honorable Judge Milton asked for and a new Commssion in to Police Corruption exposing Ray Kelly's NYPD and Internal Affairs.  

If The 2 Bills are going to be closet a Bloomberg Kelly all over again and don't build bridges with The People than we must step up Federal Intervention and that means Washington DC and more.   

I was savagely assaulted at at Dr Andrew Fagelmsn's and I have video and my attacker's false cross complaint and Ron Kuby's letter short hand for I am being coerced to drop charges 2 days after Saturday's false arrest. 

Under Ray Kelly coercion is a policing tool.
