NYPD allegedly threaten Woman if she did not drop her CCRB Complaint

I can't remember if he threatens to kill her but a note was shoved under her door.  

She is a vendor and the police did some cruel things to her including handcuffing her to something and leaving her for a while. 

She I was told dropped the complaint.  

When you dropped the CCRB complaint signing a form stating you weren't coerced hardee har har har.
