Bloomberg and Christine Quinn weren't shy about abusing tax payer dollars to steal a third term and worse pushed through billions of dollars of over runs and crappy tech with contractors with White House cache laughing all the way to the bank and way too many lobbyists collecting ny pensions profiting as criminal behavior mostly unpunished thrived like a Tsunami of Corruption thanks to Mike Bloomberg Mark Pafe Rose Gill Hearn etc.
