NYPD Commish Bill Bratton NYPD Threatened me With Delita Hooks Dr Fagelman's receptionist's False criminal report serious crimes

A medical office and police precinct suppose to be safe places. 

NYPD Commissioner Bratton I was threatened by Delita Hooks actually twice 2nd time in a letter to her NYPD protectors stating if I file assault charges against her again she will file charges confident the NYPD will threaten me yet again with false arrest using her 2nd false cross complaint!!!!  Link for her false criminal report and the video proof and her crimes below also proves NYPD and IAB guilty of fixing for MD office and covering up. 

Det John Vergona also commited the crime of coercion and I allege fabrication making over her false cross complaint in to mutual assault.
