IAB has the case right now. IAB's offices right by Dr. Fagelman's. Dr F lives and works in the first precinct. He lives near Commissioner Ray Kelly and is also right by One Police Plaza.
I know the NYPD are not smart enough to try a different approach but one suggestion is remember the oath you took and find an ounce of integrity.
