I asked in my 911 Testimony for all 911 responses times NYPD, FDNY, EMS to be all put on NYC gov website not disclosing people's names but just so we can see the actual response times.
Funny how Mike Bloomberg and Team Bloomberg gather info, maybe even sell it but are more secretive than NSA Prism and the NYPD won't even give me badge numbers on a violent assault they fixed for Dr. Fagelman's crazy violent receptionist office manager Delita Hooks.

Commissioner Kelly talking about transparency and making comments on NSA when I can't get badge numbers and I asked him his office on down including DI Ed Winski sending them all copies of an email I sent Lt. Angelos Burgos of the First Precinct Det Squad.
