He has no temp cert of occupany and building filled to the brim and building has major problems but DOB blind $$$$ deaf dumb, DOB also violating protocol. Takes deaths for DOB to do it's job.

I guess those "stop work" orders are a joke
Funny if you report that construction work is going on at a construction site that has a stop work order they do not send an inspector till the next day.
Once a complaint is filed it appears on the DOB site also.
Construction company's have for a long time that you do not work at the site 2 days in a row.
Also construction site they look themselves inside, construction workers park thier work trucks a few blocks away.
I hope the DOB os not shocked to find a site with a stop work order site closed.
The contractor that was operating the site with a stop work order will get a laughable fine of a few hundred dollars
