The bottom line is Mike Bloomberg pushed a Tsunami of Corruption -- Community crushing development and the largest tech corruption ever -- billion of dollars in over-runs mostly tech and high priced consultants.
He protects HP on the 911 corruption having puppets state HP came in under budget -- my response -- creative accounting and damage control.
Mike Bloomberg was still praising SAIC after Spherion consultants stole 80 million dollars.
