911 Tech Corruption HP Over Billed and Came in under Budget?
First you should know HP, Northrop Grumman and Verizon all say they didn't steal.

Nice huh considering we are at 2 billion dollars 14 million dollars to NASA maybe for NYPD to answer 911 calls on the moon hardee har.....
but truly 911 is in need of a forensic audit with a flow chart of contractors -- sub-contractors -- the 2 real estate properties in Brooklyn and the Bronx....the bronx a 50 million dollar real estate deal and to date the back-up unit is not up and working and if the first back center in Brooklyn goes out than One Police Plaza will take-over!
The NYDN had an article that a family with mafia ties sold the 4 million dollar property to NYC gov for 45 million dollars but hey so what -- it's just tax payer money and Mike treats tax payer money like his charity.
Friday Bloomberg had his deputy mayor puppet who told us he exits in 190 days tell us HP came in under budget. In my opinion HP over billed us like SAIC and to avoid a criminal investigation they cooked the books one more time in my opinion to pretend they came in under budget but in actuality they over billed us for junk all along just like SAIC.
Who appointed HP biggest to pension board and who fixed it so HP with no 911 experience would head 911? 1 guess....

My testimony from Friday -- horrific city council meeting on 911 and after almost 5 hours I got to testify but was repeatedly interrupted by council member Cabrera repeating himself over and over truly sick and it did prevent me from stating I have a source that heard NYPD Sgt asking where is the ambulance for Mark Carson.
I request in my testimony that all 911 calls minus people's identity be put on NYC gov website so we can have accountability on NYPD, FDNY and EMS response times.
I ask for 2 billion plus dollars that we have the option to text 911.
I ask for a criminal investigation in to 911.
I feel sorry for Ariel Russo's family who was made to wait I believe 4 hours and forced to listen to Cas Holloway lie the system works when it could collapse yet again under a terror attack or natural disaster like Hurricane Sandy.

Investigators would have to look in to HP and contractors development of the Brooklyn and how long it took and what results we got for all that tax payer money!!!!!!!!!
