Preet Bharara denied all motions basically and specifically Denault's lawyer Barry Bohrer to release of "named others" under investigation (this is called a bill of particulares). Preet states they are not entitled. So its up to the judge.
Note all Mazer motions denied too. Such as suppressing early statements made post-arrest, early production of witnesses, dismissal related charges and certain evidence with search warrant to name a few.
In my opinion Mark The Momzer Mazer and Denault crooks but they have plenty of company yet Preet won't go back in Time. Who's Preet protecting????
