Lucky for Mike the media isn't looking in to the 911 tech failure and 311 failure during Sandy and how died, or who's injuries, suffering worse for billions of dollars in nyc gov tech failures for tech projects that tax payers were robbed billions --- I am sure CityTime had a lot of problems during Sandy and supervisors had to use a pencil to fix the CityTime problems but like Karen Shaffer hopefully didn't use a pencil to steal a lot of money -- no jail just a small demotions for the asst deputy commissioner dept of aging....
