NYPD and PBA ticket fixing only happens in the Bronx as all DAs either in bed with NYPD PBA corruption or afraid of retaliation allow it to go on.

The press like the DA won't go after the NYPD PBA corruption and we hear it goes right to officials at City Hall who have received favors including rumors of at least 3 city council members.
I am now a victim of NYPD fixing. The Det Squad at the first precinct made a violent assault that was me assaulted by Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist go away using another crime a false complaint. I have given commish Kelly, DI Ed Winski, Lt Angelo Burgos, Sgt Chen notice I went to IA and reported Det John Vergona and the detectives that are involved plus Burgosa, Chen and will be filing a notice in 90 days alerting the City I am suing.
FYI: Vergona made more than his supervisor according to a website that posts gov websites earning 20 grand in overtime in 2010 as a detective third grade.

Sgt. Chen even begrudlingly said I could report the false complaint a crime comitted right in the precinct by the woman who threatened me with bodily harm a receptionist at a medical office where I was a patient. I was verbally berated, stalked and than violently given the finger and than she smiled so I pulled out my camera. Watch her take off her shoes to get momentum to punch me in the eyes
Sgt Chen and Det Vergona the NYPD Det Squad First Precinct since to think I deserve to be assaulted and I don't have the basic humsn rights to safety or to report a crime and violated my civil rights.
Vergona new I have a collapsed bladder from fibriod tumors, he had medical reports including my neck was injured bulging and herinated yet he wanted me to wait 4 days to be falsely arrested and edit for Saturday.
