Now that I am a victim of Lt Burgos and Sgt Chen's First Precinct Det Squad with a detection John Vergona who in 2010 made 6 figures, earned more than Chen and made me being violently assaulted in Dr Andrew Fagelman's office never happen according to the First Precinct add me to the list calling for a Federal monitor and we knew the NYPD was not lowering crime but making reported crime "disappear".

Ask DI Ed Winski why me bring assaulted never happened according to him, Lt Burgos, Sgt Chen, Det Vergona quite the money maker for a Det third class, his partner and another pair of detectives.

They know how to rack up overtime and make crime disappear by coercing, threatening and violating civil rights and yes they have been reported to Internal Affairs.

I called NYPD Chief Esposito and left a message with my phone number. I assume the calls are recorded. The guy who answered the phone told me Chief Esposito out this week. He took my info and referred me to Winski. I said I guess you have to be a Playmate for DI Ed Winski to call you back and yes I had contacted Internal Affairs.

Remember I contacted DI Ed Winski and IA about the fake NYPD Placard I found in front of The Mercer Hotel and pointed out The Mercer uses the loading and unloading as private parking with valet service.

Nothing was done until 2 years later the red Ferrari.

Well know DI Ed Winski and Det Squad supervisors have been contacted and as long as it is not their families or people on their VIP list they made a violent assault - me being assaulted disappear.
