Rattner should be behind bars but Cuomo gave him a wrist slap, the SEC banned him and if I recall correctly Rattner got a bonus from Mike or earnings that were the size of the fine. Rattner raided the pensions, paid to play than paid to not plead guilty and paid not to go to jail.

He pleaded the 5th 64 times and because of his ties to media owners gets oped pieces in NYT and FT.
