The article leaves out John Liu called for a criminal investigation after his 2nd audit of ECTP 911 and Mike and City Council allowed 911 to go over budget a billion dollars so that makes 2 billion plus 14 million was handed over to NASA!

Hey Cy Vance we are waiting for criminal investigation and prosecution of the 911 crooks as well as the St. Vincent's Hospital crooks. Is that why you are called one term Cy and considered the political arm of mayor Bloomberg?

Hey Cy Vance, how are the criminal investigations in to ECTP the 911 Tech System and St. Vincent's Hospital crooks going.
Hey Chief tell me how many union jobs St. Vincent's Hospital would have provided and instead we have luxury condos.
Cy Vance has done little or nothing investigating the 911 scandal and he was handed the audit in May of 2012 I believe.
Is that why they call him "one term Cy"?
Last time I checked we need open working hospitals and and a working 911 tech system.
Sandy exposed Bloomberg as a bigger fraud than People realized. He is not tech whiz great biz man.
ECTP 911, CityTime, NYCAPS, FDNY Wireless, NYCWiNS, 311 in my opinion went way over budget with over priced consultants and Bloomberg green lighted it all.
If he did that in his private empire he would be homeless looking for one of those shelters he had the audacity to call luxurious.
