Also in my opinion 311 also a tax payer's Titanic and I cannot get a figure on how much money has been spent on 311 -- what is our estimated future spending and how much have we paid the high priced over priced consultants in my opinion.

Larry worked for NG and the other 2 guys lobbyists for NG.
How could HP be the only one and for now there is no criminal investigation even though John Liu requested one in his May 2012 press release and Cy Vance has done nada.
