Before Det John Vergona of the First Precinct -- a corrupt cop in my opinion a coward who has never even met me and too corrupt to even do his job and go to Dr. Andrew Fagelman's office 155 Spring St. -- Dr. Fagelman in my opinion a little evil troll not even a human being --- who has not fired Delita Hooks who was so rude, so unprofessional and menacing she provoked me to get out my video camera to start filming her shocking behavior.....
does Dr. Fagelman have a special friend at the 01 Precinct Deputy Inspector Ed Winski and Capt. Brendan Timoney?
Anyway a group of corrupt NYPD officers at the First wanted to give me a 2nd hand lesson in corrupt the NYPD are so none would meet me -- the detectives that got Delita Hooks false cross complaint a serious crime NEVER contacted me. I do not have their names and Internal Affairs in almost 5 months has not contacted me.
Det Vergona and Sgt. Chen refuse to give me their badge numbers and Winksi and Timoney are not rushing to give m Vergona and Chen's badge numbers either.
That being said I always believe in good cops. I feel sorry for the good cops who are dragged down by the cops I had to deal with Lt. Burgos, Sgt. Chen, Det. Vergona, Vergona's partner, the 2 detectives that took Delita Hooks false complaint and never contacted me --- none of them have met me -- and the only ones that have badge numbers refuse to give them to me.
Sad that good cops hard work are destroyed by corrupt cops and Internal Affairs protects them.
My case against the corrupt cops with IA is still open. Note: I have reported my concerns someone at the 01 or associated with 01 and Delita Hooks and Dr. Fagelman has been menacing me on Google YouTube and I have reported to 01 Commander Timoney and IA. No response from Timoney and IA as of yet. I have alerted another agency not with the NYPD.
