as soon as HP took over ECTP 911 tech and with no 911 experience so who is so powerful NYC gov as to make that happen -- same person who appointed 2 biggies HP to NYC Pension board....
as soon as HP comes in the stealing begins....
they have to work closely with other contractors so why did anyone notice -- the slow progress, the overbilling from contractors to DOITT etc.
Like CityTime buzz is whistle blower at least one came forward -- CityTime even more....

The lobbyists on both the tech titanics for contractors I believe grotesquely over billed us are all tied in to NYC gov all collecting NYC gov pensions but like Mike Bloomberg, Team Bloomberg, Christine Quinn and most of City council that green lighted these tax payer titanics no one could do simple 4th grade math = we were robbed.
Include high priced consultants who could not even do simple math.
True or False Gartner Group got 90 million for consulting ECTP 911? I don't know.
I can't get figures on 311 which I believe is another Tax Payer Titanics.
FYI with ECTP 911 for over 2 billion dollars we cannot even text 911.
CityTime took too long to shut down and US Attorney refuses to go back in Time and he needs to because Gerard Denault according to anonymous tip on YouTube did not sign the contracts and Valcich letter proves something VERY WRONG before Denault is even hired.
ECTP 911 still no criminal investigation despite John Liu's heroic efforts.

In my opinion Dept of Investigation failed us too little too late and Rose Gill Hearn political arm of Mike Bloomberg who even went on NY1 and did a shameful and wrong informercial on NY1.
