John Liu called for a criminal investigation almost a year ago.   Where is it?

His press releases on CityTime scandal do not even name SAIC as no. 1 criminal my point being Liu understates the gravity of tax payer money abused and stolen.  

Feds wire tapping wrong guy.   Ironic a comment NYTime accuses Rudy Giuliani of same campaign antics that so many have participated in not to mention Mike Bloomberg openly wired money out of his personal account to funnel to John Haggerty breaking campaign laws.
