May 27, 2010 -- I was the only voice that said NO TO A RENEWAL WITH SAIC! Eventually the Comptroller for State of NY backed my stance banning SAIC from all NY State and City contracts.
He killed the SAIC MTA deal and the MTA and SAIC said F-you we are doing the deal....reminder Rudy Giuliani's guys deputy mayors were key lobbyists so my question is HP heading for a ban like SAIC for CityTime scandal. 911 ECTP bigger than CityTime crime and HP could not have done what they did alone -- they worked in concert with HP yes?
City Council head Christine Quinn and Mark Page pushed all the tech corrupt over-rides and Christine Quinn brushed aside two investigations in to CityTime allowing the corruption to continue. Actually Bill Thompson could have shut CityTime down along with Dept of Investigation in 2003 based on Richard Valcich's letter and did not and of course so could have Bloomberg and Mark Page in my opinion.

Reminder when I was the only voice saying no renewal to SAIC, Harvard Mike Bloomberg and Mark Page wanted a full renewal. He was still praising SAIC until pressured to wake-up like the SEC was forced to finally go after Maddoff for real.

The Feds should be wire tapping those involved in revolving door of historic rip-offs.
