I am alerting you just like SAIC CityTime NYC gov payroll system Rudy Giuliani gave us , SAIC MTA contract that almost was, and other gov contracts that we have an "instant replay" but worse with NYC Gov 911 Tech System called ECTP.
John Liu requested a criminal investigation in to ECTP 911 May 2012 with a press release and notified Cy Vance who to my knowledge has done nothing just like St. Vincent's Hospital crooks...yes very powerful rich people would be upset if Cy Vance did his job.
Preet Bharara won't go back in Time CityTime perhaps for the same reason because Gerard Denault came in after Richard Valcich's whistle blowing letter.
Today I am writing you that John Liu has called for a similar ban against HP on ECTP 911 like you did thankfully with SAIC banning SAIC from all NY State and City Contracts.
I believe (in my opinion) HP could not have grossly over billed us and delivered below par services considering they had no 911 tech experience without Northrop Grumman and Verizon doing the same in my opinion but I want to alert you to please have your investigators look in to ECTP 911 that in John Liu's first press release he referred to as CityTime 2.
Eric, this is far worse because this is 911 our lives and I called the FBI Aug. 20 asking them to help get a criminal investigation in to gear and warning the 911 system would collapse under a terror attack like 9-11. ECTP 911 did collapse under Hurricane Sandy and Bloomberg's Blizzard.
ECTP 911 they went over budget--- 2 billion dollars and handed 14 million to NASA.
I am suggesting that military contractors, Fortune 500 companies came here to NYC Gov and over billed us because they knew they could, because Federal contracts where drying up and just like Bernie Maddoff just plain greed and stupidity and they got away with....?????
SAIC did for how many years and FYI CityTime destined for the dumpster.
Look to the lobbyists on all these deals. Sickening...

May 27, 2010 before you even considered banning SAIC from NYC Gov and NY State contracts here am I on YouTube stating we must not renew with SAIC.
