Mike Bloomberg and Mark Page can't explain why they were so enthusiastic about SAIC pushing a 700 million dollar over-ride on the flawed payroll system CityTime that Rudy gave us that Mike should have thrown away like he did Maximus another Rudy disaster.

Rudy threw away a perfectly good payroll system called AutoTime created and run by City Workers for a hunk of junk CityTime and brings in a very shady company SAIC that should have had an Enron ending but like the USPS just won't meet it's end and they both should.

Yes it is sad that people lose their jobs but for very different reasons both these entities should be no more.

My guess is Mike appointed Mark Page to the board to both agendas like the Uber corrupt MTA SAIC deal and Mike's other appointee is Patti Harris's husband Judge Lebow.  I call her dirty Patti.  There son had a cush job at NYC gov head of IT information technology and the "Conflict of Interest Board" did not think this and all and or any of Mike's pals and their kids getting jobs a conflict of interest.

For those to uninspired to use google -- yes NYC gov really does have a conflict of interest board.

They don't do much but they exist.

It was not a conflict of interest to have Mike Bloomberg's money manager Steve Rattner raid the NY Pensions although pleading the 5th 64 times must have been a little uncomfortable.

Imagine Mike Bloomberg explaining that to NYC school kids.
