Certain things are just not fair and if its sequestration taps a few more nails in SAIC coffin, sure the street will take that. In the meantime SAIC is pushing the courts to dismiss shareholder suits on Citytime post DPA (deferred prosecution agreement), that is admitted guilt not to go to jail via a 500 million settlement with the City of New York.
SAIC continues to operate as a top DOD defense contractor #8. so far, No arrests at SAIC other than scapegoat Denault at SAIC and turn coat Carl Bell (okay guilty but their bosses as guilty or guiltier -- didn't SAIC have auditors --- Preet Bharara said their would be arrests of NYC gov officials --- where are they?

CityTime is being used and with this crappy tech a pencil is a plus....

Let there be justice for the SAIC shareholders, how bout more arrests, what about that promise from Preet. Soon, real soon the courts can chime in on civil suits ahead of criminal CityTime case, justice to shareholders, civil $$$$$$$ responsibility for SAIC top execs.

If SAIC shareholders win that is a win for us NYC the People the tax payers because we were robbed and the top officials have not been held accountable by Preet Bharara US Attorney but the share holders and I as a blogger continue to demand Justice and I want NYC gov officials arrested.
