I have patient rights that include a right to a safe environment and that was violated by Delita Hooks and I had a right to document this woman's abuse ofy rights and after giving me the finger she walked away so pleased. She had no right to get out from
behind the counter follow me menace me and as I retrieved my iPhone I had left at the desk Delita Hooks positioned herself at the exit to violently give me the finger.
The detectives who took her false complaint to investigate never contacts me.
The fixed it and they still carry guns and badges.
Internal Affairs says they are backed up. Her I wonder why.
