I am filing a complaint against the Manhattan DA because I spoke to the Attorney General this am and told them I was violently assaulted by Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist and I have the video to prove it including her verbally threatening to harm me ---
the DA treated me like a ping pong ball and said the false cross complaint must be reported by CCRB or Internal Affairs -- they told me that months ago -- Internal Affairs has the case and it is open but so far nothing so AG's office told me call back and say I want to report I was assaulted and I want the person who assaulted me prosecuted.
Again I was bounced around like a ping pong ball.
When I get the complaint form I may also ask where is Cy Vance's prosecution of ECTP 911 or why has he handed it over to the US Attorney and ditto for St. Vincent's Crooks.
Cy Vance will never get elected in NYC EVER.
If it takes a new mayor, a new commission in to NYPD corruption than so be it and how about a new DA that allows one to contact them about assault at an MD's office by a medical receptionist office manager and the fact she filed a false complaint when the NYPD detectives and their supervisors will not go to the Manhattan DA and are being investigated than why can't I go to the DA directly?
Note: I went to how many government agencies including the NYPD and they did nothing so far and it is 4 months. If this woman hasn't struck anyone else it certainly isn't thanks to them but to my video and my Justice cards. I didn't even put the video up on YouTube until I got wind I was being lied about.
