No one has mentioned the fact that not one single union contract has been settled in 4 years. I totally agree; this city needs a total cleansing after Bloomy. Heaven help us is Christine gets in.
Yes you are correct and add to the picture his donations to causes he has championed and the grip will continue for years. My fear is that city council speaker Christine Quinn will become the next mayor, and while not as harsh as Bloomberg, none the less will continue many of the policies especially related to business that has placed the wedge between middle clas. lower income and the super rich, the real Bloomberg supporters. His control of the public school system has brought disruption, minimal gain in a few areas and has decimated community/neighborhood schools while more than tripling the education budget during his 11 year reign of error.
