Despite Bloomberg's role pushing SAIC and HP like a drug king pin pushes heroin on CityTime and 911 Tech Corruption = just these 2 projects alone equal aprox 3 billion dollars on 2 projects that are flawed messes and I can't get figures on 311 which I believe is a contender for top 3 Tax Payer Titanics yet the Media protecting Bloomberg's role or spinning false legacy that is not in the dumpster which is CityTime's destiny.
