Today go thru 100s of pieces of evidence proving NYPD and IAB corruption in their fixing savage assault and false cross complaint for Dr Andrew Fagelman's office and Delita Hooks false cross complaint also a serious crime.
The last two pieces of evidence I am submitting for sure are my criminal report and Delita Hooks false criminal report and two very long pieces of paper I worked really hard to get from one police plaza's criminal records. The in my opinion corrupt nypd refused to waive the $15 fee since I was again Delita Hooks victim so I want the $15 dollars re-imbursed by City of NY.
Getting Delita Hooks false criminal report proof of a serious crime and NYPD and Internal Affairs corruption took hard work, never giving up - it took me almost 1 year and finding 1 honest cop.
I have my phone records proving Det Vergona did not submit all his notes on Oct 4 and Oct 16 or did his lawyer with hold DD5s or another derilection of duty. Not like he was going to include calls stating he said I don't care if you have two black eyes, refusing repeatedly to see damage to me eye and neck defensive wounds on arm and Oct 16 threatening me if I didn't drop charges don't expect to see that in DD5.
Suzannah, in the last few months you've done more detective work in helping prove your case than any detective or private investigator I ever worked with or knew. You would have made one heck of a thorough, caring, impartial and honest NYPD detective.... unlike the ones in the 1st Precinct whose uncaring, perfunctory, bias, police cover-up investigation concerning your complaint of being assaulted, have further tarnished the reputation of the NYPD. They ganged up on you like bullies. Their big mistake was they picked on the wrong woman-A Braveheart type of a woman.
