After Mike Bloomberg exits this year and exits very unpopular in case you are waste your time reading the tucas kissing pieces by "secretaries" posing as journalists…. you know the one's that are killing real news stories about corruption at City Hall like serial killers and FYI the NYPD control press passes….
two big events may happen -- a real investigation in to 911 Tech corruption and when we get a criminal trial there will not be a Judge Daniels and Preet Bharara to protect Mike Bloomberg from being "deposed" yet again like he was during the Haggerty trial….yes the powers that be will consider Mike too old and too rich to be held accountable including if he perjurers himself like he did the Haggerty trial.
Will Shargel file an appeal and cite the fact he couldn't call Mike Bloomberg to prove that 911 tech corruption direct parallels to CityTime crime no Denault and gang but many of the same NYC gov officials…. hey Preet where are the arrest of NYC gov officials?

Why wasn't Bondy arrested….did he commit perjury when he testified under oath in front of City Council. Wow, while I agreed twice to be false arrested for being a victim of a violent crime at Dr Fagelman's by his crazy violent receptionist Delita Hooks and look at the video of her telling me she is going to slap the crap out of my ass before she begins to repeatedly violate my body and read or skim my Opposition to Not Dismiss and see how many times SAIC and HP are mentioned starting with the front page.

Recent court records filed by Attorney Barry Bohrer request Judge Daniels change certain instructions and verdict sheet to the jurors in defense of Gerard Denault. At first glance, looks like the trial of the century is coming to a quicker than expected close after taking what seemed like a "century" to finally begin….hardee had….. So what's the verdict gonna be?
The fix is in just like the MTA SAIC deal -- that bid proof there is no competitive bids harder har from Albany to City Hall to the White House….where Bloomberg and Rudy hoped to end up…..like Ray Kelly The White House is over and out.

News for the street... under New York law one can not convict on Bribery/Kickback or the Travel Act if the employer SAIC (now Liedos, means "leer in spanish") in the CityTime case, employee Mr. Denault would have known or condoned the employee acts and the government must prove otherwise. If SAIC knew then Preet eats corruption pie.
Meaning Preet Bharara must continue "Teflon special treatment of government officials".

Bribery is typically associated with giving a government official money for favors. However, there are no government officials on trial for CityTime.

The other notables for Attorney Barry Bohrer requests: is to place the "not guilty" checkbox first on the verdict sheet. One would think its an election? Its common practice to place not guilty first according to Bohrer's request.
