Rupe hoped to take this global as universally applicable and it back fired because Klein should never held spot to push wireless generation. WG found back door eventually.

Remember Joel Klein Wireless generation -- if Rupert Murdoch the owner of the WSJ wanted to take wireless generation global starting with NYC schools why use Joel Klein considering the wait time one must wait after leaving NYC gov jobs to lobby?
Google and learn more Joel Klein in my opinion not ethical if bear stearns guys not a red flag enough.
