Arroyo family mother and daughter corrupt in my opinion yet Quinn makes daughter head of health committee. Why aren't these people in jail?
Why don't judges make these slumlords stay under house arrest in the buildings they won't fix until they get an A rating.
Why did Bloomberg Quinn get billion dollars worth of fines from DOB and the environmental agency thrown out for corrupt developers and landlord -- tell of two cities -- slumlords and developers should have to pay all fines and or go to jail and be banned from gov jobs but corrupt Quinn empowers crooks because she is one profiting from her continued abuse of power.
