I feel ill I also feel really bad about myself the pigging out has got to stop...
since the assault I have had weight swings up and down and the worst was preparing for a false arrest and a weekend stay in jail and I started to very quickly lose a lot of weight and by the way I got a lot f compliments. I ate pretzels and rosemary potato chips all high in salt and empty calories all "dead food" no nutrtition and I didn't burn calories so it turns to fat...very upsetting but the assault, the violence, lies, NYPD and to date IAB's role although IAB case still open all what is really "eating" me.
