Bill Thompson was not the only one who could have stopped CityTime and 911 by the way.  

All named above but OPA and DOITT heads but names above most responsible not solely Thompson but NYDN doing damage control for Bloomberg and puppets. NYDN treats me like early stages nazi germany won't let me comment and killing news stories including re: me. 


Bloomberg lies again.  We did not get even half if the money back as we grew out systems that worked as he and SAIC conspired to rush to transfer everyone to CityTime and CityTime destined for the dumpster.  

911 or parts of 911 destined and my opinion HP did creative accounting yet again so Bloomberg could lie and state HP came in under budget but truth new contractors came in building 911 on Bloomberg HP house of cards.
