When I call 311 I am suprised I get high paid NYPD detectives that are doing the job of 311 operators. I ask them can you hold on the line and listen as I call this NYPD officer and they say no.....so I would want to know what is the salary of anyone from the NYPD answering 911 calls but the big news is Bloomberg, Team Bloomberg, Quinn, Mark Page and Rose Gill Hearn in my opinion all had to know something was VERY WRONG with the 911 tech system..... how and why....?
anyone doing simple math would know 1 billion dollar (tax dollars) 911 project running over budget 1 billion 14 million dollars means in my opinion a "hole" (tax payer black hole) whole lot of stealing going on.
In my opinion more than one guilty party involved way too many including government agencies like DOITT, Dept of Investigation and all the names I mention above as well as City Council that pushed through obscene criminal over runs on tech contracts like they pushed through an illegal third term!

Yelled down Bloomberg on this Aug 20, 2012 after stumbling on him giving a press conference and not one person in the press asked him about what I was yelling and he invited them to by the way.
I had called the FBI first and spoke to an agent referring them to John Liu's press release.
