Suing NYPD IAB Violently Assaulted Dr Andrew Fagelman's by his receptionist Delita Update

1) please help the youtube to go viral.  They age rated it for violence but it may be to slow down views.

2) by now I assume commissioner Kelly, head of internal affairs, city of ny served but not all the rest.

I was treated extremely badly so all involved in NYPD IAB getting server or have been.

I am paying out of pocket since after agreeing to be false arrested twice thanks to dr Fagelman violent lying employee Delita Hooks aka Delite and her corrupt pals that appeared to me they were going to fix her violence and a false cross complaint also a crime.

3) I filed another complaint against IAB involving them and NYPD --  I had sent in a private investigator who asked Dr Fagelman did u to talk to police?  Dr Fagelman in my opinion an evil dirt bag has something to hide and perhaps police pals to protect said "No comment."


The complaint yesterday ties in to what I believe is possible evidence...
