Jun 17 1:00 pm   City Hall Yes, I will be there with an NYPD Foiled report of an ambulance taking 28 minutes because it went to the wrong place.

I will have the minutes from a 45 minute meeting at City Hall with Christine Quinn and I had community members and Norman Siegel with me and Quinn agreed to release response time or look in to getting them for us and it never happened.

So I will hand out copies of the foiled report which by the way Chuck Meara denied the ambulance took 28 minutes and Quinn and Meara refused to investigate.

I will ask them yet again to release the response times for her own district which her community has repeatedly asked for as well to investigate why the ambulance took 28 minutes when she locked out her own district and why wouldn't she be the one.

I have also foiled Mark Carson's ambulance response time because a source told it took too long.

I have an idea that may also help poor people to fight NYPD corruption and further expose NYPD abuse when they weren't false imprisoned but their rights were violated.  Stay tuned.  It may take me a year to share with you.

I would like to testify that I called the FBI Aug. 20th 2012 in the morning and asked for their assistance getting a criminal investigation in to the 911 Tech System.  I referred the FBI agent to John Liu's press releases in to 911 Tech corruption he dubbed CityTime 2 and his May 30, 2012 press release calling for a criminal investigation.

Here I am Aug 20th after hanging up the phone with the FBI stumbling on Mike Bloomberg at a Press Conference yelling him down on ECTP 911 Tech corruption 2 billion 14 million dollars AND IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY AUG 20, 2012!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Mike said to the press you can ask me about what she yelled at the end of the press conference.  Not one person in the press did!  I had yelled him down about CityTime and 911 Tech corruption and the fact they don't work properly -- the two largest tech corruption most tax payer dollars "abused" 3 billion dollars right there and not one person in the press asked him a question. There heard me yell about 911 and asked Bloomberg 0.

Cy Vance should be questioned and why to date he has not taken action re: the investigation and or handed over to Preet Bharara.  Why hasn't Preet Bharara come in and taken over the investigation as well?

Meara and I later talked on the steps of City Hall as I was there with Local 375 DC 37 for a CityTime Scandal press conference.

Meara admitted his friend/contact at the First Precinct was mistaken and in fact there was an ambulance but refused to believe it took 1/2 hour.

Just wondering -- too date I can't get a price tag on how much tax payer money went to pay for and continues to pay for 311 which like 911 2 billion, 14 million dollar tax payer Titanic failed Hurricane Sandy and to date no criminal investigation despite John Liu calling for one over 1 year ago.

The video is proof of in my opinion how unethical Dr Andrew Fagelman and the NYPD involved are because they both took oaths and in my opinion none kept their oath....

Dr. Fagelman did not fire Delita Hooks and I left with severe damage to my eye -- so hurt from a running punch to my eye as I help 2 bags on my left shoulder and my Iphone in my right hand as a violent bully Delita Hooks threw her shoes and ran barefoot to punch me in the eye as hard as possible.

She also damaged my neck, grabbed my hair ripping it out and my earring was ripped out, my iphone cover damaged and the medical treatment for all the damage sustained from Dr. Andrew Faeglman's receptionist far more than the $430 dollars Dr. Vine billed Hip Emblem to have a cyst removed and biosiped and two numbing injections in to my elbow.

To date despite the savage attack Delita Hooks is not fired and has yet to be arrested for assault and false cross complaint.  I recently asked IAB to investigate possible aggravated harassment if in the perp is having patients contact me on her behalf to continue to blame me for her savage attac,

IAB says case open but so the have yet to contact the First Precinct to arrest.
