FYI -- Mike Bloomberg had hoped to rule the City of New York for a 4th and 5th term via his puppet
Christine Quinn but even he realized she may lose in the primary.

Mike's legacy in the dumpter which is where CityTime is destined. Mike's entire "tarnished legacy" such be an issue in the mayoral race and if anyone took a look at the CityTime scandal alone than Christine Quinn who brushed a side 2 investigations brought by Tish James and Bill Thompson who after reading Richard Valcich's letter and looking at SAIC's billing and other less than ethical practices could have done what John Liu heroically did with both CityTime and ECTP 911 and that is stop the insane over billing clearly contractors confusing tax payer dollars with Mike Bloomberg's private charity as they over billed.
Mike Bloomberg allowed billions of dollars of tax payer money to be stolen and or abused including "consultants" who turned a blding eye to over billing because they too in my opinion were as well when a first grader could have done the math --- 1 + 1 = we were robbed from CityTime 700 million over-run to 911 Tech mess 1 billion dollar program and we are at 2 billion 3 million dollars..... I can't even get the figures on 311 ....
Mike screwed the children of NYC out of hundreds of millions of dollars because of his ego over "teacher evaluations" because he is no King Solomon and should never have been allowed to push through his illegal third term to become the king of New York.
Christine Quinn his mini-me pushed through every corrupt illegal deal from back room deals and the illegal third term, to Tsunami of Community Crushing development with repeatedly abuse of eminent domain to Amanda the People's Burden the worst and most corrupt city planner in NYC gov history in my opinion pushing through illegal zone busting for greed and stupidity etc.

Forgotten already is Mike Bloomberg spent a record amount of money advertising selling his spin which no one bought that could have fed every hungry mouth in NYC and the billions of dollars stolen or abused could have maybe settled union disputes, keep libraries and fire houses open, helped homeless, helped schools stay open and be vastly improved etc but Mike allowed the largest abuse of tax payer money in the HISTORY of NYC ever BILLIONS....maybe soon we will have an investigative reporter not under the thumb of a media mogul pals with Mike like so many that prevent us from even commenting on their websites who will "out Mike Bloomberg" for this historical corruption or not?
