The 911 Tech System so far only 1 billion 3 million over budget although I believe 911 way over that 2 billion 3 million dollar tax payer Titanic, CityTime close to a billion dollar Tax Payer's Titanic, I can't get a figure on 311 which like 911 failed during Hurricane Sandy....and than there is NYCAPS just 277 million dollars over budget, FDNY wireless just mega-millions, NYCWiNS, the board of election tech corruption which is going to screw up even more elections.....but don't worry about that hardee har, the fix is in, the countless board of ed tech thefts and or corrupt dealings and outsourced tech support, and mega-bucks in outsourcing consultants on countless tech disasters but they couldn't do simple math for first graders 1 + 1+ we were robbed billions of tax dollars....
