Is anyone on The NY Times staff aware mayor Bloomberg, the little emperor of NYC , is an utter fraud who is responsible for over seeing the largest over-runs in the mega millions on tech contracts with exception of the flawed 911 Tech System
where NYC Gov approved a 1 billion dollar over-run?
911, CityTime, NYCAPS alone is aprox 2 billion dollars in over-runs not including original costs! I can't get a figure on how much tax payer money has been spent on 311 but New Yorkers would agree what ever the costs like the 2 billion dollar + 911 tech system we were failed by Mike's supposed tech and biz accumen especially during Huuricane Sandy.
The new tech system for Board of Election I dubbed CityTime junior does not work properly either and is yet another tax payer Titanics in a long list under Bloomberg the most heinous being 911.
Mike is no super hero but thanks to his media friends he and his mini-me who pushed thru an illegal third term and rewarded a tech culture of failure and a revolving door of corruption are protected from a Nixon like resignation
Mike would be poverty level if he did this in his private empire.
