NYC out of control violent and from my experience with corrupt NYPD I get way people get guns and knives and don't bother with the NYPD who fix crime not fight crime == that's what the first precinct detective squad taught me... I am not getting any gun or knife but I get it why people do because the NYPD corruption just adds fire to the flames...
