I didn't even get in to 311, NYCAPS, FDNY wireless, NYCWiNS, board of election, board of Ed, NYCHA not "NICE" and massive over runs to in your face stealing and or flaws to obscenely over priced consultants a record breaker over seeing largest abuses / theft tax payer money ever and under Bloomberg with Chris Quinn and most of city council green lighting.
They rewarded a culture of failure and revolving dour of corruption and thought nothing of approving mega millions to billions in over-rides mostly all tech.
Bloomberg a fraud.
Quinn his mini-me.
Scott Stringer should never ever be comptroller.
