Barry Bohrer just switched law firms to a bigger firm perhaps with bigger pr and research resources and took Denault with him. I would love to know the details of the move and if he had to hammer out a deal with old firm on Denault case?
That case had to be bringing in serious bucks and because of Bohrer's huge victory SAIC has to pay Denault's bills.
Maybe the judge read the contracts and the writing on the wall. How ever guilt Denault is in my opinion SAIC guiltier.
