TRY TRY AGAIN TO DISMISS...CITYTIME EXECS + CIVIL LAWSUITS
citytime civil lawsuits painfully closer dismissal or trial decision
Sopp, Dalhberg, Alderson and Haverstein all set with court to file a consolidated request to again try to dismiss citytime securities shareholder litigation. Denault will file his own separate request to again dismiss on civil shareholder suit.
Good or bad, CITYTIME CIVIL SUITS are chugging along for a ruling to move forward on the lawsuit. Moderately interesting Denault is formally decoupled from others on request to dismiss, that makes sense, they fired the scapegoat.
note there are two civil suits this is for 1:12-cv-01353-DAB In re SAIC, Inc. Securities Litigation
SAIC, Rudy Giuliani and lobbyist Deputy mayors, Bloomberg Administration, Christine Quinn, Rose Gill Hearn, Bill Thompson and a lot more want shareholder suits to die because they go back in Time and US Attorney Preet Bharara refuses to back in Time. Feb 2003 Richard Valcich letter proves corrupt dealings before Denault hired and City gov willfully obtuse until John Liu's press releases and Tish James brought 2 investigations in to CityTime Chris Quinn brushed aside.
