John Liu requested a criminal investigation into ECTP 911 Tech system and it sure looked like a lot of stealing going on -- maybe close to 200 million if not more HP over billed us and in my opinion not alone so this was big news buried Friday afternoon and the press won't touch it protecting Christine Quinn who was announcing she is running for mayor this weekend.
The New York Times guilty of acting like her campaign manager and the media except the WSJ have banned me from commenting. The goal is to key this news which is life or death for New Yorkers as well as along with CityTime over 3 billion dollars just with the 2 programs tech messes over billing over priced consultants including Gartner Group who advises on Board of Election as well as everything possible and in my opinion we did not need Gartner's advice or the other high priced consultants.
HP for instance had no experience with 911 so who appointed the HP biggies to the NYC Pension board and who picked HP for ECTP 911 tech -- oh yeah State and City not competitive bidding for real -- for real the fix is in and so was the mega amounts of stealing on almost all tech programs heinously over billing us 311, NYCAPS, NYCWiNS, FDNY wireless, Board of Ed, Board of Elections you name it, NICE not nice housing tech program......so big so in your face People can't get it
