NYC 1 Billion Over-Budget 911 Tech vs Air Force 1 Bill Failed project like Mayor Bloomberg Rewarding a Culture of Failure?
Northrop Grumman listed in first press release on ECTP 911 tech system I read by John Liu called CityTime 2 describing what I call in my humble opinion... stealing but you might call over billing -- run away billing -- creative billing.... I am just surprised SAIC is not involved!!!!!!!!
I call ECTP 911 the tax payer’s Titanic and throw in CityTime and NYCAPS and that is an extra billion.
Northrop Grumman mentioned in this press release by John Liu who later would do a 20 page audit and call for a criminal investigation which for some reason we never got in to the 911 and it has been almost a year.
Interesting I am the only one daily calling for a criminal investigation in to 911 --- http://bloombergnewzzz.blogspot.com/2012/11/911-son-of-citytime-ny-posts-editor.html
If you want some clues in to why we have trillions in debt -- look to Bloomberg's NYC gov rewarding a culture of failure and look how many military contractors and top companies including Verizon have deals here in NYC where I don't believe there is competitive bidding -- the fix is in....how about below?
I know NYC gov does biz with Oracle as well... eventually Gartner and so many consultants need a forensic audit -- Mike rewarded them with mega bucks disgraceful ---
"The next month, Air Force Controller Jamie Morin told a Senate subcommittee that he was “personally appalled” by how little the military had gotten in return for its investment.
The ECSS was supposed to save billions of dollars by streamlining supply chain management and furnishing an integrated approach for buying, moving and managing equipment. But Air Force officials terminated the lead contractor, Virginia-based Computer Sciences Corp., in March."
"Affected vendors include BTAS Inc., Jacobs Technology, Deloitte Consulting, MITRE Corp., Copper River Information Technology, Sawdey Solutions Services, Credence Management Solutions, Oracle America, Northrop Grumman Space & Mission Systems Corp., and Ryan Consulting Group."
When I was sent this article I also said look to lobbyists......
