When I became a victim of NYPD abuse -- fixing it some me being assaulted never happened according to NYPD stats --- I wrote this....
NYPD Stats are like a Casino in Las Vegas, a numbers game, the fix is in.....
FYI.....Delita Hooks, Dr. Fagelman's receptionist on company time fully financed by Dr. Andrew Fagelman of 155 Spring violently assaulted me nearly blinding me.
It took time to find the hole in my eye although the bleeding in the eye was easy to find my eye MD's.
Once the hole was repaired the danger of my retina detaching and me going blind was no more but I had to deal with NYPD corruption as went from one medical doctor to another to get care and it wasn't easy being traumatized and assaulted by Dr. Fagelman's violent receptionist/office manager Delita Hooks and she still sits there thanks to Dr. Fagelman and in my opinion corrupt NYPD officers.
